Founder & Director
With over 20 years of experience in psychiatry, Dr. Sandeep provides specialist assessments and diagnoses for adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). As a Consultant Psychiatrist with a broad range of expertise, her practice is grounded in evidence-based, patient-centered care, offering individuals clarity and guidance regarding neurodevelopmental conditions.
Education and Training
Dr. Sandeep’s educational journey began at University College London, where she earned a BSc in Physiology and Pharmacology. Following that, she completed her medical degree at The University of St Andrews and The University of Manchester, before training in psychiatry and becoming a member of the Royal College of Psychiatrists. This rigorous academic foundation has been built upon with further qualifications, including a Postgraduate Diploma in Clinical Education from The University of Edinburgh, enhancing her skills not only as a clinician but also as an educator and mentor in the field.
In addition to her formal qualifications, Dr. Sandeep has completed specialized training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy and has developed expertise across multiple disciplines, including forensic psychiatry and rehabilitation. This breadth of experience informs her holistic approach to diagnosis, which takes into account the psychological, emotional, and physical aspects of each individual’s health.

Over the course of her career, Dr. Sandeep has held a variety of roles across NHS and private sectors. Her work has spanned forensic settings, community mental health teams, and specialist rehabilitation services, providing care for individuals with complex mental health needs. This diverse background has given her a well-rounded perspective on neurodevelopmental disorders and mental health as a whole.

Dr. Sandeep recognises that neurodevelopmental conditions such as ADHD and autism present differently in each person and tailors her assessments accordingly. Clinical Director
Mats is a highly qualified Swedish psychologist with extensive training and experience in both clinical and forensic psychology. He completed his psychology training at Uppsala University and earned a PhD in Medical Science from the prestigious Karolinska Institute in Stockholm in 2004. Since moving to the UK in 2010, Mats has become a Chartered Clinical and Forensic Psychologist and an Associate Fellow with the British Psychological Society (BPS). He is also a registered practitioner with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).

Before relocating to the UK, Mats held several key clinical and academic positions in Sweden. His roles included:
Team Leader for Health Services for Children with Disabilities
Director of Studies at Linköping University
Consultant Psychologist at the University Hospital in Linköping
Head of Research and Development for Forensic Mental Health and Prison & Probation Services
In the UK, Mats has continued to expand his expertise by working as a Clinical Forensic Psychologist for leading organizations such as Elysium Healthcare and The Huntercombe Group. He has also served as a Research Fellow at Lincoln University and currently offers his expertise as a part-time consultant for NHS Scotland.
Blending Clinical Expertise with Academic Research
Throughout his career, Mats has successfully integrated his clinical practice with academic research. He has authored over 25 scientific papers, books, and chapters, making significant contributions to the field.
Specialisation in Autism and Positive Behaviour Support
Mats began his work with autistic children and their families in the late 1980s, playing a crucial role in establishing educational, residential, and respite services for families with autistic members. He is an expert in developing Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) plans for children with challenging behaviors and has also worked extensively with autistic adults facing challenges in relationships, coping strategies, and interactions with authorities.
