Begin your journey with the AAC by registering as a patient. Simply follow the 'Register' link below and fill in your details to get started.

After you register, we'll send you a screening questionnaire to start your assessment. This is the first step in determining how we can best support your needs.

If you're accepted for assessment, easily book a convenient appointment using our online scheduling system.

Your in-person appointment, lasting approximately 2 hours, will include a personal interview, observations, and tailored assessments.

Our team will hold a confidential MDT (Multidisciplinary Team) discussion to review your results and explore potential diagnoses.

You will receive a comprehensive assessment report, regardless of whether a diagnosis is made or not. The report is yours to keep and share with others as you choose. If you want the AAC to share it with others (GP, employer etc), there is an administrative fee of £125.

You have the option to attend another appointment to discuss the outcome of the assessment. This can be face to face or online. You can bring a person for support and to help you remember the discussion
